How do I upgrade my Oxford plug-in to the latest version? How much will it cost?

Please use the "Upgrade" option from the www.sonnoxplugins.com homepage, or this link :

www.sonnoxplugins.com/upgrade

and select the top "Upgrade" option

Please enter your plug-in serial number(s) and your iLok User ID*.

*If you are  upgrading a PowerCore plug-in with a product version ending in 'G2', then you should enter your PowerCore ID instead.

The upgrade fee for your plug-in is now calculated and displayed.

If you are upgrading more than one plug-in, press 'Submit' then 'Add' after each one, then 'Checkout' when you've finished.  We now confirm the total upgrade fee.

If you are upgrading a special bundle of Oxford plug-ins, you will only have one serial number to enter. The total upgrade fee will be calculated  from the individual upgrade fee for each plug-in.

Please read and accept the licence Terms and Conditions, and provide your personal details as requested.

The next screen is WorldPay.  Please select your preferred payment currency,  your card type and enter your card details as requested.

Once the payment has been authorised, you must register your upgrades with iLok.  Please enter your iLok.com user ID (if requested) and select your OS and host type.  We will check your details with iLok.  If your details are correct, please press "Yes I confirm".

Next, we display a list of your new software installers.  You may now download the ones you need.  In addition, we'll email you with a special URL which will provide this list whenever you need it.

IMPORTANT : Before you install your new software, you must download the update licence(s) onto your iLok.  The software installer may need your updated iLok to be connected to your computer during software installation :

-  Log on to www.ilok.com.

-  Insert your iLok containing the old licence into a spare USB port on your computer.**

-  Update (synchronise) your iLok.

-  Click on the 'Download Licences' link.

-  Tick the required licence(s), select your iLok and hit 'Download Licences'. This will surrender the old licence(s) in favour of the new one(s)**.

**Ignore if upgrading a PowerCore plug-in where authorisation is provided by the PowerCore ID.

We will email your Invoice and new plug-in serial numbers to you.  Please keep these details safe as you'll need them if you require future support.  If you do not receive these emails, please contact support@sonnoxplugins.com.

You should now be able to use your upgraded Oxford plug-ins.  If you experience difficulties, or have further questions, please contact support@sonnoxplugins.com for help.

PT 7 HD version > latest UB version             GBP 15.00
PT 7 LE version > latest UB version              GBP 10.00
Pre-PT 7 HD version > latest UB version      GBP 25.00
Pre-PT 7 LE version > latest UB version       GBP 20.00
PowerCore version G3 (iLok)> latest UB version           GBP 15.00 * 
PowerCore version G2 (PowerCore ID) > latest version    GBP 40.00 *

* Latest G4 PowerCore upgrades now provide compatibility with PowerCore 3.0 for Mac (Universal Binary) and PC (Windows XP) users.

In the event that Sonnox release another upgrade within 90-days of a user upgrading by the above method, the subsequent upgrade will be provided free of charge providing it is activated within this 90-day grace period.

Other important information :

Latest Universal Binary versions are compatible with all OSX Macintosh computers (PowerPC and Intel based) running OS 10.4 or above.
