How do I upgrade my Oxford PowerCore plug-ins, compatible with PowerCore 3.0/4.0?

** The following advice also applies to PowerCore 4.0 for Windows users only **

Please use the upgrade option from the Sonnox website homepage, or this link :

www.sonnoxplugins.com/upgrade

Please enter your serial number and your iLok User ID*.

*If you are  upgrading a PowerCore plug-in with a product version ending in 'G2', then you should enter your PowerCore ID instead.

If you are upgrading more than one plug-in, press 'Add' after each one, then 'Checkout' when you've finished.  We will now confirm the total upgrade fee.
 
If you are upgrading a special bundle of Oxford plug-ins, you may only have one serial number to enter. The total upgrade fee will be calculated  from the individual upgrade fee for each plug-in.

Please read and accept the licence Terms and Conditions, and provide your personal details as requested.

The next screen is WorldPay.  Here you select your preferred payment currency and your card type.  Please enter your card details as requested.

Once the payment has been authorised, we will ask you to register your upgrades with iLok.  Please supply your iLok User ID (if requested) and select your OS and host type.  We will check your details with iLok.  If your details are correct, please press "Yes I confirm".  We will then display your new software installers.

Your new PowerCore 3 installers for Mac UB and Windows XP will install the PowerCore/Native switching version of the plug-in.  If you wish, you may install a non-PowerCore native version, from the native installers at the bottom of the page.

We will email you with a new serial number for each of your upgraded plug-ins and a special download URL, which will provide your  list of available installers when typed into an Internet browser on any connected computer.  We will also email your Invoice.  Please keep these details safe, as they will be required for future support.  If you do not receive these emails, please contact support@sonnoxplugins.com.

Before you can use your upgraded Oxford plug-ins, you must download the new licence to your iLok.

Log on to www.ilok.com.  It is important that you insert your iLok containing the old licence (if applicable) into a spare USB port on your computer.  We recommend that you do not use a USB hub for this process.  Click on the 'Download Licences' link and synchronise your iLok.   Tick the required licence, select your iLok and hit 'Download Licences'.  If you have a previous iLok licence, this will now be exchanged for your new one.

You should now be able to use your upgraded Oxford plug-in.  If you experience difficulties, please contact support@sonnoxplugins.com for help.

In the event that Sonnox release another upgrade within 90-days of a user upgrading by the above method, the subsequent upgrade will be provided free of charge providing it is activated within this 90-day grace period.
