I purchased a licence second-hand and I do NOT have the serial number or details of the previous owner.

If you have a licence in your iLok account but you do not have a serial number or any of the plug-in details from the previous owner, in order to receive support and to be able to upgrade you must re-register the plug-in with Sonnox.

Contact support@sonnoxplugins.com quoting your iLok account name in order to progress the re-registration. Sonnox will verify the authenticity of the licence and ownership, and if authentic will proceed. If the plug-in was originally purchased as part of a promotional offer or bundle, then the re-registration will be disallowed.

The current fee to re-register a Sonnox plug-in licence is GBP 25.00 per licence.  When the fee is paid we will re-register the licence with your details as new owner.

You will be the legal new owner of the plug-in licence and will qualify for support and upgrades.

Please note that you can only re-register if the licence is in your iLok account. If you have an orphaned ilok (ie. an iLok not attached to your iLok account) containing a licence, it is not possible for Sonnox to help and you will not be able to re-register.
