1: I understand that the Sonnox flexible bundling system means I can choose any mixture of any plug-ins, and every combination qualifies for a discount. Sounds fantastic, but how does the bundle pricing work? Is it complicated?

 

The discount scheme for flexible bundling is very simple. It is based on the number of plug-ins you wish to buy, and that number determines the percentage discount from list price.

For example, if you want to buy the EQ and the new SuprEsser plug-ins, you will get a 20% discount from list price of the individual items.

If you want to buy all seven plug-in products manufactured by Sonnox, then you get a terrific 40% discount from list price.

 

2: Sounds good, but what happens if I want to buy 3 plug-ins of the same type?

 

This flexible discount concept is extended for multiple single products. So a studio with 3 workstation seats could buy 3 EQs and 3 Dynamics and get a 40% discount (as the transaction is for 6 plug-ins in total). A broadcaster with 10 studios can get 10 limiters with a 40% discount.

 

3: Are there any restrictions on the flexible bundling discounts?

The flexible bundling discount concept applies to any number of plug-ins in every single sale. The only restriction is that all the product licences are grouped together and are inseparable. Licences bought in a single sale that qualifies for a flexible discount must reside in a single iLok account. The plug-ins qualifying for a discount cannot be split between multiple iLok accounts.

For example, if a studio with 3 workstation seats wants to buy an EQ and Dynamics for each station it will be much more cost-efficient to have a single iLok account. If the studio has three iLok accounts, one for each station, then there will have to be three separate transactions of an EQ and Dynamics, and each will qualify for 20% discount.

Flexible bundles are only available from authorised Sonnox dealers.

 

4: I already have 3 Sonnox plug-ins, and I want them all ! What is the best way to get the other four?

With the flexible bundling system you simply select the four you need. You will qualify for a 30% discount if you buy the four plug-ins together from a dealer.

 

5: I've seen the adverts for the Elite bundle. What is it and how can I get one?

The Sonnox Elite is a collection of all Sonnox plug-ins packaged together for convenience, at the best price (40% off individual prices). See Bundles page.

You can buy the Sonnox Elite from authorised Sonnox dealers and Sonnox on-line shop. The Elite Collection contains all seven plug-ins that Sonnox currently manufactures, and in essence is identical to buying the seven individual plug-ins as a bundle. Indeed, the price of the Sonnox Elite is calculated in exactly the same way as the flexible bundling discounts (see question 1), and as a group of seven plug-ins would therefore qualify for a discount of 40% from list price of the individual products.

 

6: I've seen the adverts for the Essential and Enhance bundles. What are they and how can I get them?

The Essential Collection combines the EQ, Dynamics, Reverb and SuprEsser as a convenient group of four essential plug-ins. The Enhance Collection comprises the Inflator, Transient Modulator and Limiter. See Bundles page.

Again, you can buy them from your local Sonnox dealer or the Sonnox on-line shop. Like the Sonnox Elite (see question 5), the pricing follows the usual flexible bundling discounts. So the Essential Collection (which contains 4 plug-ins) has a 30% discount from list price, and the Enhance has a 25% discount from list price as it contains 3 plug-ins.

However, the attraction of the Sonnox flexible bundling system means that these prices could be discounted further ! Suppose you want the Essential bundle (normally 30% off individual prices), but you decide to buy the Inflator at the same time. Being five plug-ins instead of four, you would automatically qualify for a 35% discount.

 

7: I have heard about the Sonnox Elite and I want it ! I already have some Sonnox plug-ins, so how can I upgrade to the full Elite Collection?

With our flexible bundle concept you can simply purchase the plug-ins that you don't own and build up your own Elite collection of all Sonnox plug-ins. This “top-up” purchase will qualify for a discount that will depend on the number of plug-ins you add (see question 1).

If you need a Sonnox Elite box, please ask your dealer when purchasing the remaining plug-ins in the collection.

 

8: I have heard about the Sonnox Essential and Enhance bundles. I already have some Sonnox plug-ins, so how can I upgrade to either the Essential or Enhance Collections?
