Sonnox was proud to be involved with the UK Screen Awards 2009 'The Conch', sponsoring The Awards' reception event in London.

Now into its fourth consecutive year, The Conch Awards brings together over 400 members of the UK’s audio industry to celebrate the very best of British talent and facilities.

The Conch capitalises on the UK's strong reputation for audio craft by recognising, rewarding and honouring individuals and companies for outstanding achievement in audio post-production.

The Commercial of the Year award recognises creativity and technical use of sound in a TV or cinema commercial. Other prizes at the ceremony included Best Film Soundtrack of Year and the Audio Media Unsung Hero award.
